Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans, select Manage plan, then Cancel your plan, give a reason and confirm through the review screens. Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of the initial order. On the common Annual plan paid monthly, cancelling after 14 days incurs an early termination fee of 50 percent of the remaining contract obligation. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
